How does booking work?
Choose your dates and number of guests, then send your request. You’ll get a summary by email with a reference number. We check availability and reply to you personally.
Do I pay online?
No. The site never asks for payment: your request is free and non-binding. Payment is arranged directly with us once your stay is confirmed.
Are the calendars up to date?
Crossed-out dates are already booked. A request doesn’t hold the dates: your stay is only booked once we confirm it by email.
How do I find out the price?
Send your request with your dates: we’ll give you the price when we confirm availability, with no commitment.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes. It’s shown under each home’s calendar when you choose your dates.
Can I ask a question before booking?
Of course. If something isn’t covered on the home’s page (arrival time, pets, access…), write to us using the contact form, by email or by phone, and we’ll reply personally.
